Oppo Pad Air5 Officially Launched with Powerful Dimensity 7300-Ultra
The Oppo Pad Air5 has officially launched in China, expanding Oppo’s tablet lineup with a powerful mid-range option. The new tablet arrives with a large high-refresh-rate display, the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra chipset, long battery life, and multiple AI-driven features. The Oppo Pad Air5 will be available in both Wi-Fi and 5G variants, offering flexibility for different users.
Oppo Pad Air5 Display and Design
The Oppo Pad Air5 features a spacious 12.1-inch LCD display with a sharp 2800 × 1980 resolution. The panel supports a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, making scrolling, gaming, and media consumption more fluid. With a peak brightness of up to 900 nits, the display remains clearly visible even in bright conditions.
Oppo is also offering a Soft Light Edition of the tablet, which includes an anti-glare coating designed to reduce eye strain during prolonged usage.
Performance: Dimensity 7300-Ultra Power
At its core, the Oppo Pad Air5 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra SoC, paired with the Mali-G615 MC2 GPU. The tablet uses LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, ensuring fast performance, smooth multitasking, and efficient app loading.
The device runs on ColorOS 16, bringing enhanced AI features that improve productivity, system optimization, and overall user experience.
Cameras and Multimedia
Oppo has equipped the Pad Air5 with an 8MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera. Both cameras support 1080p video recording, making the tablet suitable for online meetings, video calls, and casual photography.
The tablet also includes quad speakers, delivering immersive audio for movies, gaming, and music.
Battery Life and Charging
The Oppo Pad Air5 packs a large 10,050mAh battery, ensuring long-lasting usage throughout the day. It supports 33W fast charging, allowing users to quickly recharge and get back to work or entertainment.
Connectivity and Software
In terms of connectivity, the tablet supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, 5G (on select models), and a USB Type-C port. These features ensure fast wireless speeds and reliable connections.
Colors and Variants
The Oppo Pad Air5 is available in Starlight Powder and Space Gray color options. The Soft Light variant retains the same premium finish while adding eye-friendly display technology.

The pricing for the Oppo Pad Air5 in China is as follows:

The tablet will officially go on sale in China starting December 31.
