The Xiaomi 12 series is said to be relatively more expensive
Xiaomi's long and eagerly awaited show is literally within reach. Today, around noon of our time, the Xiaomi 12 series will be officially launched , along with the MIUI 13 superstructure. Well- known tipper Ishan Agarwal focused on what prices the Xiaomi 12 series will receive on Twitter . He set the prices for individual phones and even for individual memory versions of the Xiaomi 12X, 12 and 12 Pro models. And to make the list complete, he added the price of wireless headphones, which Xiaomi is said to introduce today. Of course, the prices apply to the Chinese market, where phones and headphones go on sale first.
The tipper claims that the Xiaomi 12 model with 8 GB / 128 GB will come to 4299 yuan ($ 675). The 8GB / 256GB version and the 12GB / 256GB version cost 4,599 yuan ($ 722) and 4,999 yuan ($ 785). The prices of the Xiaomi 12 Pro are logically higher. The 8GB / 128GB version costs 4,999 yuan ($ 785). We will reportedly pay 5299 yuan ($ 832) and 5699 yuan ($ 894) for the other two versions with 8 GB / 256 GB and 12 GB / 256 GB. Both flag phones are therefore relatively more expensive than their predecessors. But we have to reckon with that at a time of chip shortages. But it must also be taken into account that this is only an estimate of prices, which was not confirmed by the manufacturer.
The last phone for which the tipper estimates the price is the Xiaomi 12X model . Its prices are lower because it does not seem to be a flagship in the true sense of the word. But we can still count on a premium machine. We can expect the price of 3499 yuan ($ 549) for the 8 GB / 128 GB version. And for the 8GB / 256GB and 12GB / 256GB versions, the tipper estimates the prices at 3,799 yuan ($ 596) and 3,999 yuan ($ 628). The Xiaomi Buds 3 headset is said to cost 499 yuan ($ 78). We will only wait a few hours to confirm or refute the prices.
