Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 quietly debuts
It's only been a few days since Samsung introduced several new "Fan Edition" products. Among them was the Galaxy Tab S9 FE tablet . And to make matters worse, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 was also launched. But it debuted quietly by listing on the Samsung Guatemala website and the UAE Amazon website. However, we learned a little about the specifications of the new tablet earlier, thanks to the entry in the Google Play Console database. Nevertheless, we will now summarize its parameters.
THE MAIN SPECIFICATIONS OF THE SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB A9 TABLET
Similar to Samsung's phones from the Galaxy A product line, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 tablet also belongs to the cheaper devices. This is also evident in its design, which is completely simple. There are wider frames around the display, which are also not symmetrical. Those on the shorter sides are significantly wider than those on the longer sides. On the back panel I see only one sensor of the main camera.
The display as such is of the LCD type with a diagonal of 8.7 inches, a resolution of 1340 × 800 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. As we already know from the Google Play Console database, the Galaxy Tab A9 is powered by the Helio G99 processor. To it, the manufacturer added 4 GB of operating memory and 64 GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded. But the Galaxy Tab A9 Plus version, which has 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory, is reportedly also on the market. However, this model is not yet listed on Samsung's website.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 tablet also has two speakers with Dolby Atmos and 3D sound support. However, we cannot find details about the battery capacity on the Guatemalan website of Samsung. There is perhaps only a mention that the tablet is compatible with a charger with a power of 15 W. There is also no information about the resolution of the cameras. Anyway, it is clear that the tablet runs on the Android 13 operating system. The Galaxy Tab A9 tablet goes to the market in gray color and the price in Guatemala is set at 1499 Guatemalan quetzals, which translates to about $191.
