The Honor X9b is slowly getting ready for the global market

Although the Honor brand officially presented its next very light foldable phone Magic Vs2 a few days ago , it is continuously working on classic models as well. The segment of mid-range phones is also very important for them, because this is where they try to compete with all the big players in the global markets. Their mid-range phones have a growing fan base, so launching a new model from this category is logical. That new machine is the Honor X9b, which the manufacturer will soon launch in Malaysia.

WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT THE HONOR X9B SO FAR

First of all, we know that the Honor X9b will arrive in the Malaysian market soon, as it already has its own page on the Honor Malaysia website. In addition, even on the X platform, the manufacturer has already shared a trailer for this upcoming phone. Therefore, it is likely that the launch will happen before the end of October. We can also see what the phone looks like from the first images in the trailers.

The Honor X9b has a curved rear panel dominated by a really large circular main camera module. Despite the size of the module, we only see two sensors and an LED flash here. In addition, the module rises quite a lot above the level of the rear panel. The back is apparently covered in deep orange vegan leather. The next picture shows that the front panel is curved. There are very narrow frames around the display and in the center of its upper part there is a "hole" for the front camera.

If the design of the Honor X9b reminds you of something, then you are right. It looks like the Honor X50 , which debuted in China at the beginning of this holiday season and is still only sold in the Chinese market. So it is likely that the upcoming X9b model is rebranded Honor X50 for global markets. If that's the case, we can expect a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2652 × 1220 pixels and a Snapdragon 6 Gen1. As for memories, we can find up to 16 GB of operating memory and up to 512 GB of internal storage. There is also a battery with a capacity of 5800 mAh and support for fast charging with a power of 33 W. The photo equipment is represented by a front 8 MPix camera and a main camera with 108 MPix and 2 MPix sensors.
