Oppo A2x debuts with a very low price

Not so long ago, Oppo introduced a fairly cheap A2 Pro phone to the Chinese market . And now it has followed it up with an even cheaper piece, the Oppo A2x. The new tmodel will certainly be appreciated by those whose priority when buying a new phone is price. The phone fully meets this aspect. But let's see what it offers besides the low price.

OPPO A2X DESIGN AND DISPLAY

Despite being a cheap phone, the design of the Oppo A2x is not uninteresting. There are quite narrow frames around the display, but the chin is wider. Above the screen is a small teardrop notch for the front camera. The back panel is flat, and in its upper left corner we see the main camera module, which forms two larger surrounds with a wider metallic shiny frame. A single camera sensor is located in one surround, and an LED flash is located in the other.

The LCD display of the Oppo A2x phone has a diagonal of 6.56 inches, a resolution of 1612 × 720 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The sampling frequency reached 180 Hz and the brightness up to 720 nits.

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

The low price of the Oppo A2x model was ensured by the Dimensity 6020 processor, which is built on 7nm production technology with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The manufacturer added 6 GB/8 GB of operating memory and 128 GB/256 GB of internal storage to the chipset. This can be further expanded. Connectivity is represented by 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz/5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB-C and 3.5 mm audio jack. The fingerprint sensor is located on the edge of the device. Surprisingly, the phone does not lack resistance according to IP54 certification.

The battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh and supports charging with a power of 10 W. So it is clear that charging the phone will take quite a long time. The operating system is Android 13 with Color OS 13.1 superstructure.

PHOTO EQUIPMENT, PRICES AND AVAILABILITY That being said, the main camera of the Oppo A2x has only one sensor. It has a modest resolution of 13 MPix and an aperture of f/2.2. The front camera also has a modest 5 MPix and the same aperture. The Oppo A2x is coming to the Chinese market in Midnight Black, Muguang Gold and Feishuang Purple colors. Sales are already underway. The 6GB/128GB version costs 1,099 yuan, which is roughly $150. The 8GB/256GB version will then cost 1,399 yuan, or approximately $191.
