Motorola has quietly unveiled its latest budget smartphone, the Moto G34 5G, in China. And in the coming days, it will expand its scope to the European market as well. Priced at just under 1,000 yuan (approximately $140 USD), the device boasts an impressive array of features, making it a worthy choice for tech enthusiasts with deeper pockets.

MOTO G34 5G INTRODUCED WITH INTERESTING FEATURES

The Moto G34 5G presents itself with an elegant design with a flat display with a perforated structure. Also, the 6.5-inch OLED screen provides a high-definition viewing experience with a remarkable 120 Hz refresh rate. The device caters to audiophiles with dual stereo speakers tuned to Dolby Atmos for a sound experience as well.

In addition, the Moto G34 5G is powered by a decent Snapdragon 695 processor. It is complemented by 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and an additional 8 GB of virtual RAM, which facilitates smooth multitasking. With 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage and a microSD card slot for storage expansion, users can store an abundance of apps, media and files. In addition, the device received a solid battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh. It supports 18W charging via the USB-C port, which will ensure long-lasting and efficient use.

Also in the camera department, the Moto G34 5G is equipped with a 16-megapixel front camera for nice selfies. Its rear camera consists of an impressive 50-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel macro lens. It promises to capture vivid and detailed images. The phone runs Android 14 with MYUI 6.0. It also got a side fingerprint sensor for better security.

With dimensions of 162.7 x 74.6 x 7.99 mm and a weight of only 179 grams, the G34 5G smartphone is not only powerful, but also elegant and portable. The device is available in two color variants: Star Black and Sea Blue.

So in terms of price, the only 8GB + 128GB variant of the Moto G34 5G is available in China at an attractive price of 999 Yuan (approx. USD 140). As the smartphone is about to launch in Europe, a recent report suggests that the 4GB + 128GB variant will be priced at 189 euros. It will thus remain a competitive choice on the European market. With its compelling features and affordable price, the G34 5G is about to shake things up a bit in the budget smartphone field.
