TCL Stylus 5G Is Out with Integrated Pen and Cheap Price

TCL has officially introduced the TCL Stylus 5G, a product that will be included in several Android smartphones with an integrated stylus. If we include in the evaluation a very modest price announced in the USA, then the competition for Stylus 5G almost completely disappears. There's the Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G 2022 recently announced overseas, but it costs $ 200 more, almost double that.

In short and well, the new TCL is an interesting product due to its price thanks to its unique feature, namely a stylus integrated into the body in the style of Galaxy S22 Ultra. Looking at the technical data sheet, it is then clear that TCL had to compromise on hardware in order to achieve a similar result. There are two main things that come to mind: RAM memory limited to only 4 GB and batteries with a capacity of 4,000 mAh and fast charging at 18 watts.

Even the chosen chipset, the Dimensity 700 from MediaTek, is not a real leader in terms of performance, but on paper it gives less reason to think than RAM and batteries. Interesting, however, is the 6.81-inch display, which inevitably "burdens" the device's size and weight, but is a plus when you decide to use a stylus. For which TCL has come up with a number of features that could improve it:

• Handwriting recognition can be converted to documents using Or for TCL.
• A menu that offers quick access to specific functions, such as creating an electronic signature or writing on pictures.
• Creating GIFs from hand drawings.
• Fast typing when the screen is off.
• Custom-sized cutouts and screenshots.

In the US, TCL Stylus 5G is already sold by T-Mobile operator for $ 269.99. However, availability in the rest of the markets has not yet been announced.
