Realme GT Neo 5 SE will arrive in early April

Realme phones from the GT Neo series are quite popular, so it is not surprising that the manufacturer is diligently expanding this series. Last month saw the launch of the GT Neo 5 with 240W charging, and now the Realme GT Neo 5 SE is about to hit the scene. We've already heard about it when it passed the Geekbench tests and then the Antutu tests, and some of its parameters came to the fore. That's why we know, for example, that it's powered by the brand new Snapdragon 7+ Gen2 processor. But we were waiting for the manufacturer to confirm the date of its introduction. This has already happened, and there is an invitation on Chinese Weibo for the introduction, which will take place in China on April 3rd at 14:00 local time.

WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR ABOUT THE REALME GT NEO 5 SE PHONE

The Realme GT Neo 5 SE phone will become the second model with a Snapdragon 7+ Gen2 processor. The first is the Redmi Note 12 Turbo, which the manufacturer will present on March 28. And we also know that the new chipset is tailored for mid-range phones, and its main asset is that it has a primary Cortex-X2 core clocked at 2.91 GHz, which causes up to a 50% increase in performance compared to its predecessor. The solid performance of the Snapdragon 7+ Gen2 was also confirmed by Antutu tests, where the overall performance score is comparable to the Dimensity 9000 chipset.

Apart from the launch date of the Realme GT Neo 5 SE, the teaser also highlights the design of the rear panel. The manufacturer claims to have used a technology called "Cyberpunk" on the surface of the back, which is said to be the technology of the future. Thanks to this, the phone has a very attractive color, where several colors of the spectrum alternate from blue to green to pink. This color variant was named "Final Fantasy". The large rectangular module of the main camera with three sensors, which are said to have a resolution of 64 MP, 8 MP and 2 MP, is also brought out in the same color.

The Realme GT Neo 5 SE is also very slim, measuring just 8.95mm at the waist with a weight of 193.1 grams. Among other specifications, we find a 6.74-inch flat OLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. We don't know the screen resolution yet. As for memories, we will probably see up to 16 GB of operating memory and up to 1 TB of internal storage. The battery is said to have a capacity of 5500 mAh and support for fast charging with a power of 100 W. The operating system is Android 13 with the Realme UI 4.0 superstructure. We expect more details soon.
